Hans Kranki

Hello there!

I am Hans Kranki, a German casual game dev who likes to make games in his free time. I am a big fan of all things fantasy and of the whole cosmic horror genre. I am also a horror writer and a Dungeons & Dragons DM.

With the video games I make, I try to tell stories and create worlds that are unique, exciting, and beautiful. I am a big fan of pixelart, especially in projects that use a big, expansive palette and a lot of gradients. I also find lighting very important, as it helps to really bring out the beauty of any pixelart world. Probably my favourite games in this regard is Kingdom: Classic.

My latest project, The Leper King, is a metroidvania about a man whom life punished for his wrongdoings, trying to find his way back to the life he had.
